Each persona comes with a full profile (goals, pain points, motivations) and an empathy map (Says / Thinks / Does / Feels). You can then chat 1:1 with any persona, or run a Round Table to ask all of them the same question at once and get a synthesised view.
- No — AI personas are a complement to real customer conversations, not a replacement. They're especially useful when you don't have customers yet, or when you need quick directional input before investing in user research. Whenever possible, real conversations are irreplaceable.
- Credits are consumed per AI interaction. Generating a set of personas costs a few credits. A 1:1 chat message costs 1 credit. A Round Table question (answered by up to 3 personas simultaneously, with an AI synthesis) costs 2 credits. This gives you full control over how much you spend.
- Yes, AI generates 3 personas to get you started. From there, you can add your own manually crafted personas up to a total of 6 per project.
- Currently there's no free trial since running AI models has real costs. You can start with the Starter plan at €4.99 to get a feel for the product with 30 credits.
- We don't offer refunds due to AI inference costs, but if you're not happy with your experience, reach out and we'll make it right with extra credits.
